In India, there is a lot of business right now available, who are still unable to create their online presence in 2020 age which is very strange to see however when I have asked to them, why aren't they unable to have an online presence the reason is they are unaware of these things.

However, they think that to start an online business, they need to have a website, but being a small business owner, they do not have much budget to invest in it. 

To resolve this problem, I will show some practical solutions to build an online presence and get new customers by creating a social media channel. So let me start with the most familiar platform, to begin with, it.

Facebook is one of the most popular platforms to start making our presence. In this, we get many customers to whom we can sell products and serve our service just by reaching them. To reach your customer, you need to have a Facebook id, and I am sure everyone does have, I hope. Now you can create your own Facebook page of your business name.

Go to facebook.com/pages/create. Select the type of page you want to create: business/brand or community/public figure. As we are talking about business, we'll select a business or brand option, and click the Get Started button. Next, enter your business information.

However, in the 2020 age, Facebook page growth is slow, or it gives negligible reach, so increase your reach, try to share your post in several Facebook business group. The reach would be great, and the chance of reaching potential customers also increases.

Create a business account on Instagram, and you can post photos of products and with using relevant hashtag with post it to help you to reach valuable and relevant customer. Hence you get a story feature which helps to connect with customer multiple times in a day.

 

3.  Google My Business

Google My Business is my favorite platform because it is developed to support small businesses in their local area. It gives excellent support to list your product, and you can create an offer for your new customer to attract them.

All these features are fantastic. My favorite is catalog feature because it gives the option to list your product and mentions the price and gives a description box to list the product's details and specifications. You can also provide a link to the product to buy online.

However, I would recommend that if you have a website, it would be great for your customer to show more trust in you.
